Board of Directors
Chair: Kyri McClellan
Kyri McClellan is a Bay Area community leader with professional expertise as a non-profit executive, held leadership positions in San Francisco city government, as well as Bay Area media and public affairs companies. Her other Board service includes, United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay, and the Pediatric Dental Institute. She lives in San Rafael with her husband and two sons.
Vice Chair: Jordan Sax, M.D.
Jordan Sax, MD is currently serving as the medical director for the San Rafael Fire Department, Jordan is a board certified emergency physician and spent over 10 years working in the Kaiser San Rafael Emergency Department, as well as serving in the Air National Guard for a similar period. His focus is on ensuring San Rafael first responders are equipped and trained to the highest standards and provide our community with the best possible care at all times.
Secretary : Jack Devlin
A San Rafael resident since 1969 following military service, Jack is a founding member and the former chairman of the Foundation. His professional career includes insurance operations management, enterprise technology management, and business consulting over a forty-five year span. Jack has served as a volunteer in his neighborhood and on several San Rafael City committees.
Treasurer: Stephen Roth
Stephen has lived in San Rafael for over 20 years with his wife and son, who attended San Rafael public schools all the way through high school. Stephen currently serves on the San Rafael City Schools Bond Oversight Committee and is a member of the San Rafael Voter Approved Tax Oversight Committee. He previously served as treasurer for Swimarin, the youth swim league in San Rafael, for 10 years. He also served as president of the San Rafael High Athletic Boosters for 2 years. Stephen owns a software development business located in San Rafael.
Board Member: Daryoush Davidi
Daryoush immigrated to the U.S. at age 13 and has been a continuous resident of California for more than 35 years. He has a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology, and in 2007 he founded United With Earth, a San Rafael based company in the Canal. He is currently the leading supplier of organic specialty produce items. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Peacock Gap Homeowner Association where he is the liaison to the San Rafael Fire Department, as well as the Board of Directors of Kol Shofar Synagogue and the Board of Directors of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce. He serves as the Co-Chair on the San Rafael Police Advisory and Accountability Committee.
Board Member: Jeff Craemer
Jeff is a life-long citizen of Marin County and a long-time resident of San Rafael. After retiring from employment at the Marin Independent-Journal in 1980, Jeff committed himself to community service. Among the many agencies he has served: The Western Railway Museum (Suisun City), Meals-On-Wheels driver for Whistlestop (now Vivalon) and the Marin History Museum in San Rafael. He is founder of the Kentfield/Greenbrae Historical Society, and is currently property director for Trinity Lutheran Church and a docent at the San Quentin Museum. One of Jeff’s biggest community service accomplishments was founding the well-known Marin County charitable event for nonprofits called, “The Human Race.”
